International retail player focused on efficiency
For the distribution of work clothing to employees, IKEA worked with manual processes in Excel and email. Although there was an internal Magento webshop, there was no system to efficiently manage inventory, picking, and replenishment.
The existing Warehouse Management System was too heavy and complex for this specific flow.
Obycron implemented Odoo as an independent logistics backend, integrated with Magento via a custom connector. Orders from the webshop are automatically synchronised to Odoo, where inventory, picking, and delivery are tracked.

Quick implementation and international rollout
The initial implementation at IKEA Belgium was completed in less than one month.
Thanks to the use of standard Odoo functionality, the same solution could later be easily rolled out to IKEA Netherlands and Switzerland.
