Webshop (B2B)
A personalised B2B webshop is set up for each customer (supermarket), tailored to the store layout and product range of each supermarket.
Sales / Invoicing
Orders from different webshops are periodically consolidated and efficiently processed into sales orders and invoices.
Inventory
Inventory levels are monitored in real-time and linked to automatic replenishment and consolidated deliveries.
Liaison between supplier and supermarket
NextSupplies is a fast-growing start-up that connects local suppliers with large supermarket chains. The focus is on non-food products, with Next Supplies responsible for logistics, configuration, and replenishment of stores.
The challenge was to set up scalable personalised B2B webshops for each supermarket, fully integrated with inventory and order processing. Store managers needed to be able to reorder easily and intuitively, tailored to their own store layout.
With Odoo, Obycron built a solution based on CRM, Sales, Purchasing, Inventory, Invoicing and Website/Webshop. Through customisation, personal, secure B2B webshops were set up for each customer, with an automatic order flow where orders are periodically consolidated.
Authentication, product visibility and order rules are centrally managed in Odoo and automatically translate to the frontend.

From start-up idea to scalable platform
The project at NextSupplies started from a clear need: to quickly and at scale set up personalised B2B webshops for supermarket chains, without compromising on logistical control. Odoo was established from the outset as a flexible foundation, with the core processes around webshop, inventory and sales being set up first.
From there, the solution was gradually expanded with targeted automations and customisations, tailored to the specific ordering and delivery logic. Thanks to this phased approach, NextSupplies was able to validate its concept, grow with a limited team, and simultaneously build a scalable model for further expansion.
