A popular pension fund


OFP Prolocus provides several Flemish public authorities with the opportunity to join a pension fund. They offer various schemes so that municipal authorities and other entities can provide their employees with an attractive supplementary pension.
OFP Prolocus is by far the most used multi-employer pension fund in Flanders. This is due to a well-balanced offering, efficient operation, and a fair, no-nonsense approach in communication with partners and customers.

Values we identify with.

OFP Prolocus was looking for a system to organise their CRM and communicate with their stakeholders via an online portal.
After our demo session, they quickly realised that Odoo offers an incredible number of other functions and that they could significantly improve their internal operations by using additional applications and integrated features.

In this project, we maximised the effect of the integrated tools and ensured a digital administration flow tailored to OFP Prolocus.

Renewal for improvement

The core objectives of the project:

  • The capacity to communicate digitally with core users, contributing entities, and the board of directors.
  • Digital structuring of pension products and the reporting of associated financial figures.
  • Document management related to all internal operations and reporting.
  • Organising, managing, and communicating events.
  • Automatic import and processing of bank data and financial figures.

We conducted a FIT-GAP analysis and it quickly became clear that Odoo's applications formed a good match with the requirements of the OFP Prolocus specifications.

Project phases

The project was divided into several phases. The most important is the scope determination based on the initial needs analysis of OFP Prolocus.
This resulted in a concrete backlog with user stories that are ready to be executed. We then initiated the various project phases:​

  • Design of the corporate identity
  • Design of the new web pages
  • Modelling of the data model
  • Configuration of the CRM and the other Odoo modules
  • Development of the custom functionalities
  • Rolling out and testing in a pre-production environment
  • UAT phase in which OFP Prolocus could provide feedback
  • Go Live week with a hypercare period during which we keep our staff on standby.

Secure login with CSAM


A unique functionality is the CSAM integration. CSAM is a system of identity and access management within e-government and the European eIDAS framework. (?)
Employees of OFP Prolocus can log in using the CSAM login details they use daily as civil servants for other applications.

This ensures that logging in is easy, secure, and manageable.

Website with client-portal


The website is custom designed and implemented in the Odoo website application.
For members, OFP Prolocus offers a modern and user-friendly interface that allows them to log in to a secure portal.
Using a user-friendly website builder, OFP Prolocus manages the website themselves.

Here, members have access to various important features, including the knowledge base with FAQs, Documents, Helpdesk, and online calendars.
