For nearly 75 years, De Bonte Group has been developing innovative prefab concrete solutions for infrastructure projects around the world. Starting from technical expertise, they offer functional grey concrete that is ready for the future: sustainable, smartly designed, and efficient to install.

In addition to their strong base with 3 sites in Belgium, De Bonte Group is also targeting the French market from their site in Avignon with a French team.
Together with Obycron, a full implementation of Odoo as an integrated ERP system was chosen. De Bonte was using a classic accounting package that provided insufficient support for production, projects, and reporting. Many processes were carried out in separate systems or loose Excel files, leading to limited control and little insight.

Phased approach with a focus on standard
The implementation was carried out in phases over approximately eight months.
A conscious decision was made to use maximum standard Odoo functionality, supplemented with limited customisation for approval flows and automation.
