Obycron is an Odoo Gold partner that specialises in implementing and optimising Odoo ERP systems for various organisations. We help companies improve and digitise their business processes, from CRM to accounting and other Odoo applications.

As our client base continues to grow, we are looking for a Project Manager with experience in ERP projects. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for the success of Odoo implementations from start to finish.

Your responsibilities


  • Leading Odoo implementations: You guide Odoo implementations from the initial planning to the successful go-live. You lead the project team, monitor progress, quality, and budget.
  • Stakeholder management: You maintain regular contact with clients to manage their expectations, gather feedback, and provide the right solutions.
  • Creating project plans: You create detailed project plans with timelines, deliverables, and risk management. You ensure that everything runs on schedule and within budget.
  • Internal collaboration: You work closely with internal teams, including Odoo developers, consultants, and other project managers.
  • Resolving bottlenecks: When problems or delays arise, you provide practical solutions and make adjustments where necessary.
  • Training and support: You ensure that the end users of the Odoo solutions are well trained and supported, both before and after implementation.

Who are we looking for?

  • Experience with ERP implementations: You have at least 3-5 years of experience as a project manager in ERP implementations, preferably with Odoo, but experience with other ERP systems is also welcome. You have experience in guiding integrations of various Odoo modules such as CRM, accounting, inventory management, etc.
  • Knowledge of ERP/Odoo: You have relevant experience with ERP systems, ideally with Odoo. You can demonstrate that you understand fundamental business processes.
  • Strong organisational skills: You can manage multiple projects simultaneously and possess excellent planning, coordination, and time management skills.
  • Communication skills: You have excellent communication and negotiation skills, both in Dutch and English. Knowledge of French is a plus.
  • Problem-solving ability: You think in solutions and take proactive steps to prevent problems and act quickly when bottlenecks occur.
  • Leadership and team-oriented: You have experience in leading multidisciplinary teams and know how to motivate and guide people to achieve goals together.
