Obycron is an Odoo Gold Partner. We implement Odoo for companies in manufacturing, field service, wholesale, engineering, the public sector and more. With over 90 clients and a team of 18 Odoo experts, we are growing rapidly, and this requires a strong commercial voice.
That is why we are looking for a Sales Consultant. You will visit prospects and clients, gain an understanding of how their businesses operate, and be able to draw up an attractive commercial proposal.
Drawing on your experience as an Odoo consultant, you’ll sell a project that suits both the client and Odoo. You thrive on frequent client contact and enjoy working alongside your colleagues on challenging projects. You’re not a technical expert, but you know how to bring in the right people to find the right solutions.
What's the job?
- You visit leads and existing customers. You listen to how they work today and how we can help.
- Giving advice. You translate their processes into an Odoo solution and honestly say what fits and what doesn't.
- Giving demos. Together with our consultants, you show how Odoo looks for their company, not how it looks in a standard demo.
- Preparing quotes. You determine scope and budget together with our delivery team and write a proposal that we stand behind. It concerns projects of 80 to 500 man-days.
- Closing deals. You manage your pipeline in Odoo CRM, you negotiate and you close.
- Growing customers. You follow up with existing customers for expansions, new modules and upgrades.
- Handing over well. After the signature, you pass the file to the project manager so that the customer does not have to repeat their story.
Who are we looking for?
- You have at least 3 years of experience in B2B sales of software or IT services, preferably ERP.
- You know how a company operates, from quote to invoice and from purchase to stock. Odoo knowledge is a plus, not a must.
- You are more of an advisor than a salesperson. You ask the right questions and dare to say no to a project that does not fit us.
- You write clear quotes and can defend a budget.
- You enjoy being on the move and feel equally comfortable with a manager as with a CFO.
- You speak fluent Dutch and English. French is a plus.
