Umbrella organisation for Catholic schools
Katholiek Onderwijs Vlaanderen is the umbrella organisation that supports, represents, and guides Catholic schools in Flanders. The organisation is active in various areas, from learning paths and professional development to framework contracts and infrastructure support.
Catholic Education Flanders had already been using Odoo, spread across multiple environments and departments. The need was for an audit, migration to a recent Odoo version, and further expansion to support new processes and integrations.
Obycron conducted a thorough audit, migrated the existing environments, and optimised where possible towards standard Odoo. Additionally, new functionalities were set up with modules such as CRM, Website, E-sign, Webshop, Eventsand custom solutions aroundLearning Path Management.
Master Data Integration
A crucial part of this implementation is the integration with the central master data platform of Catholic Education Flanders, which allows rights, roles, and user data to be automatically synchronised across all Odoo environments.
